2009: Increase in number of users of TRIM
In January, 2010 the enterprise expanded use of a system, having increased the number of users of TRIM up to 9 and unrolled the project on implementation of monitoring of indicators of overall effectiveness of the equipment (OEE) – also on the basis of TRIM. Indicators of OEE are intended for loss analysis of production time, identification of structure and the reasons of these losses to fight against idle times or inefficient use of the equipment. As the contractor of the project the Aytiem company acted again.
Processes of measurement and monitoring of indicators of OEE were implemented in the created earlier information system MRO which formed a good basis for such project. In April, 2010 the plant began operation of the functionality connected with monitoring of OEE.
2011: Expansion of functionality of a MRO in Ershovo branch
In Ershovo branch of the Valio enterprise the functionality of the existing information management system maintenance and repairs (MRO ISU) developed using the software package Trim – a product of the class EAM/MRO developed by NPP Spectec is expanded. The Ershovo branch (Moscow region) is the production site of the Valio company which is engaged in import to Russia of dairy products of the Finnish concern Valio.
The MRO ISU system of the plant was brought into operation in the middle of 2009. MRO objects in a system are the capital production equipment for packing of processed cheeses and also the equipment of the engineering systems – ventilation, water treatment, power supply.
Implementing solution was executed by ITM company. In particular, a system was filled with data on objects of a MRO and spare parts, created base of drawings and documents, filled reference books of standard works, developed and put into operation the information gateway ISU MRO with a resource management system of the enterprise on the basis of the software of Microsoft Dynamics AX. The developed system covered the customer of works on a MRO (Ershovo branch) and the contractor, service company ("YuIT Elmek").
During operation of the MRO ISU system the client had a need to change business processes and an organization structure of a MRO. The plant passed to the complex organization of works including not only service maintenance, but also execution of works by own efforts. There were employees servicing the process equipment and performing the corresponding scheduled works. Therefore it was required to connect additional users to MRO ISU.
Licenses for three users of a system are delivered to the plant, as a result the number of users reached nine. Now additional jobs of ISU of a MRO are put into operation.
2013: Data entry from the scanner of barcodes
In October, 2013 the next stage of development of the information management system of a MRO followed. From October to December, 2013 inclusive specialists Aytiem implemented input function of the barcodes given from the scanner and also function of formation of additional analytical reports in an information system of the customer.
2014: Project Development
On July 9, 2014 the ITM company announced development of the project of use of the information management system of a MRO.
From January to May, 2014 specialists of the Valio plant were engaged in check and trial operation of new functionality, organizational issues of implementation of these functions in processes of a MRO.
In May, 2014 new features of a system are transferred to the mode of production operation. In particular, a number of new analytical reports became available to users:
- OEE+TEEP for the line of any type of changes and days in a month,
- the analysis of job sharing by types on months,
- the analysis of dynamics of idle times on changes and days in a month (for different lines),
- detailing of time for works on established posts,
- cost analysis on MRO objects in the main and subordinated technology places,
- the analysis of dynamics of idle times for all lines on months,
- cost analysis for works and defects on work types,
- WORK ORDER (planned and actual expenses).
Thanks to the implemented data entry in a system from the scanner of barcodes, transactions are automated now:
- search of the spare part or material in the reference book MR (material resources),
- adding of MTR in the purchasing request,
- adding of MTR in the report on the performed work,
- identification of users on their barcodes.
