The Rosneftbunker company started implementation of the Trim EAM system

In Rosneftbunker company the implementation project of the information management system fixed assets based on the software package Trim started. NPP Spectec delivered to the enterprise a software platform, a contractor of the project is the Aytiem company. The Rosneftbunker company performs construction of a complex of bulk loads in the sea trade port of Ust-Luga. The complex under construction is one of the oil terminals, largest in Russia, it is intended for storage and shipment for export of crude oil and also diesel fuel, fuel oil, gasoline, gas condensate.

Upon completion of construction the enterprise will need transparent accounting and cost analysis on maintenance and repair (MRO), statistical data about failures, idle times, diagnostics, reliability and machine output, planning tools and control of resources for a MRO – personnel, material and financial resources. With respect thereto at a stage of construction of the terminal the decision on implementation of the information management system was made by fixed assets.

According to the agreement in an EAM system 10 users will work. Until the end of January, 2010 it is going to complete inspection of processes of the client and to start development of design specifications. In terms of architecture a system will have a configuration "office branch" (directorate in St. Petersburg - production branch in Ust-Luga) with a distributed database.

Now the volume of the main functional requirements of the customer to a system is determined. Among them – certification of the equipment, planning of a MRO, monitoring of the equipment, maintaining magazines (defects, works, an operating time), preparation of orders, management of warranty service, accounting and acquisition of spare parts, personnel management, performance review and reliability, strategy implementation of precautionary service, flow control of works and documents, maintaining reference books, a financial analysis, budgeting. Integration of the EAM solution with an APCS of the enterprise, the ERP system and the system of accounting is planned.
