The ITM company completed the project on transfer of management of maintenance and repairs on the platform of the software package Trim (development of NPP Spectec) at the "Northwest combined heat and power plant" entering into Inter RAO UES.

The first power unit of the station was put into operation in December, 2000, and practically at once before the company there was a problem of control automation by processes of operation, maintenance and repair. In 2002 at combined heat and power plant information system MRO began to function. However in June, 2007, in connection with the increasing requirements of the company, the decision on transfer of management processes to the new information platform was made.

The essence of the project consists in transition from local automation of separate control functions of a MRO to use of a full-fledged system of the class EAM/MRO. At the same time need was to save the large volume of the saved-up data on the equipment, the history of works and defects, on technical documentation and also to provide continuity in work of services of the station.

At the moment systems capabilities are used for accounting of existence and the movement of the equipment, its technical characteristics, coding of technical places in the KKS system, maintaining the magazine of defects, the analysis of damageability of the equipment, maintaining archive of technical documentation, scheduling of works and accounting of their accomplishment, maintaining requests for an equipment output in repair, release of dresses, accounting of the personnel occupied in a MRO. In a status of implementation there are functions of the automated formation and accounting of acts of fault detection and acts of the performed works. Formation of electronic technical archive of the station (input of descriptions of the equipment, drawings, schemes) is performed.

Jobs of a new system were set in all workshops of the station (boiler-and-turbine, electric, chemical, thermal automatic equipment and measurements, operation of buildings and constructions), in department of preparation and carrying out repairs, technological department, on block boards and on places of duty shifts. In total in a system more than 100 users are registered.
