Obibank implements Zlock

The SECURIT company announced implementation in CB Obibank of the solution for protection against leakages of Zlock. Since December, 2007 for access control of users to peripheral devices in bank the product DeviceLock was used. As informs SECURIT, recently it ceased suit IT specialists of bank both in functionality, and in quality of the service provided by developer company. In the spring of 2010 in management of information technologies of Obibank the decision on replacement of a product was made. As a result of test implementation and comparison of functionality of several products for protection against information leaks from workstations and notebooks Zlock of SECURIT company was selected.*

The head of department of system support of Obibank Igor Zhirnov so commented on project completion: "Replacement of any software especially set almost on all computers in network — the labor-consuming task integrated to a set of risks. We consciously went for DeviceLock replacement as it did not suit us with quality of technical support (and actually its absence) and inconvenient license policy. Zlock has no similar minuses and the product is more functional and more convenient in management. An important factor when choosing Zlock was the fact that the developer has the whole line of DLP products that in the future will allow us to broaden if necessary the number of controlled channels".
