"BIT: The treasury and Budgeting" is implemented in "Zolla"

Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) automated work of a trademark of Zollla clothes using a product "BIT: Treasury and Budgeting". In a project deliverable the company received a uniform format of management accounting and the reporting, there was an opportunity to create requests for payment in the online mode.

The Zolla company works in Russia since 2004. Today the brand contains about 150 shops located through the whole country. The men's and female ZOLLA collections is stylish and modern clothes for active residents of the big city.

The company constantly aims to increase quality and to increase service rate of clients. Besides, to the enterprise it is important quickly and without errors to prepare the reporting on profits and losses of the company for objective idea of a status of the company.

Earlier management accounting was conducted in separate bases therefore because of need to enter the large volume of data, sometimes there were errors. Employees spent a lot of time for formation of financial statements. Owing to errors in financial statements the management had incorrect data on the profit of the company that could lead to losses.

For conducting management accounting of the company selected a product from uniform base "BIT: The treasury and Budgeting" as it as much as possible meets the requirements of the company and has optimal implementation cost.

As a result of the project the uniform format of management accounting and the reporting, including partners, agreements, articles, the CFD, projects, etc. is created. It allowed to keep effectively account in the listed directions. There was an opportunity to automate work of treasury, data acquisition of management accounting for an income and expense budget and the Budget for balance. In a project deliverable it is provided the plan-fact reporting under all types of budgets online the mode.
