Suptel created the system of corporate telephony for Power Industrial Technologies company (EPT). For creation of a system specialists of Suptel used automatic telephone exchange of Avaya IP Office 500 v2. According to the results of the project telephone communication is provided to 100 employees of the Moscow branch of the company.

The question of need of implementation of own automatic telephone exchange arose in EPT in connection with the high cost of the services on lease which are put forward by provider who exclusively services the office building of the company. Calculation showed that purchase of own office automatic telephone exchange should pay off in 4 months.

Having As reported, carried out market monitoring, EPT company stopped the choice on solution Avaya IP Office 500 v2 on the following reasons: the brand of the producer firmly is associated with installation of telephones to the high level; functionality of Avaya IP Office 500 v2 completely corresponds to business challenges of the company (such services as a possibility of use of services of rather cheap SIP providers, simplicity of creation of conferences, a possibility of viewing the missed calls, a possibility of readdressing of calls, etc. are important for the customer); solution Avaya IP Office 500 v2 allows flexible expansion in the future and quite well at the price.

According to the recommendation of the telecom operator "MS Interfon" which provided to EPT company landline numbers and trunk lines was selected by the contractor on rendering services the Suptel company specializing in implementation and service of the systems of telephony based on the equipment Avaya.

The system of telephony, according to customer requirements, is almost completely constructed on the basis of modern IP technology. The Avaya 1603 SW IP phones are convenient in operation, are well integrated into office local network, allow not to think of separate telephone infrastructure that reduces time and the number of the personnel occupied with maintenance of a system of office telephony.

Besides, use of the Avaya 1603 SW IP phones and 1616 allowed to manage only one port for connection (both phone, and the computer) that solved at once a problem of shortage of the divorced Ethernet ports in office.

In addition to the automatic telephone exchange of Avaya IP Office 500 v2 the following equipment is involved in the project: 90 Avaya 1603 SW IP phones; 4 IP phone numbers of Avaya 1616 with the console; 30 SIP trunks.

Project implementation on creation of a corporate system of telephony of EPT company allowed to provide effective interaction of employees with partners and clients, having provided a broad set of communication services. Thanks to the high-performance platform which is the cornerstone of the solution, the customer will be able to increase further without special costs the number of subscribers and to expand a set of the provided services, including to organize contact center, to add function of conference calls and a video conferencing.
