Creation of a personnel management system of Video International group within complex implementation of the ERP system

• Creation of uniform methodology of accounting, tax and management accounting for all legal entities of group
• Single input of the primary document in a system
• Reducing costs for maintenance of systems
• Reduction of cycle duration of planning and time for closing of the period
• Process automation: accounting, tax and management accounting, personnel management, time recording, calculation wage plans, budgeting and consolidation of the reporting under group, plan fact analysis and operating budget control

Project Description

Start in commercial operation of modules of finance based on the products Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Hyperion Planning is performed. Within the solution processes are automated:

• maintaining an organization structure of the company and personnel management based on Oracle HR

time recording based on Oracle Time&Labor

• payroll based on Oracle Payroll
• integration between a management subsystem personnel, a budgeting subsystem and financial system modules
• the complex circuit of differentiation of access rights to personnel information of accounting and printing of personnel documents is implemented

After final adjustment the solution was distributed to 24 legal entities entering into Video International group.

Project Results

The created system allows to solve the following problems:

• maintaining an organization structure of group in a uniform repository available to all functional subsystems
• receiving the unified report forms for all divisions of group from a single system

• automatic formations of inventory data of working time taking into account information from a personnel subsystem (absence, a deviation from the working schedule); automatic check and data transmission of cards of time keeping for payroll calculation; reduction of time expenditure on carrying out processes of a tabelirovaniye
• preparation and payroll and taxes on the basis of the unified processes in scales of all group "Video International"
• automatic transfer of calculation results of the salary in a financial subsystem for salary payment, taxes and cost calculation
• reduction of temporary and labor resources of the processes of personnel records, settlings with personnel required for maintenance and budgeting
