BMS company Software implemented an implementation project of a management system for Service Desk customer appeals for BMS Service company.
Task
The management system for customer appeals in a support service — Service Desk is necessary for BMS Service company. This system will allow to control accomplishment of client addresses, to analyze origins of failures, will give the chance to develop recommendations about optimization of the existing IT infrastructure.
The purpose of creation of service Service Desk - providing uniform point of entry for clients and the simplified recovery of operations on provision of services with the minimum loss for clients within the approved service layer and priorities of business.
Objectives
Shortly a system will be integrated with a financial accounting system 1C. It will give the chance of information exchange about existence of the equipment between systems BMS Service Desk and 1C.
After integration of BMS Software assumes inputs of the BMS Service Desk system in operation in BMS Service company.
