In "Toyota Minsk Center" the project on automation of call center based on Call center of Infinity is complete. The technologies applied in the project, increased quality of telephone service and provided tools for detailed job analysis of department.
"Toyota Minsk Center" it is provided by the Emir Motors company founded on October 21, 1994 on September 7, 2006 Emir Motors company Toyota Motor of Building received the official status of the dealer "." the fundamental principle of work – "Customer First" ("The client on the first place"). Corresponding to the selected vector, the company pays special attention to the high level of customer service. "Toyota Minsk Center" offers advantageous conditions of purchase. Project implementation was executed by the OmniTelecom company conducting the activity in the field of system integration. The OmniTelecom company is an official partner of developer of Call center of Infinity, Weathervane Sale company. Beginning from delivery of the necessary equipment and software, specialists took comprehensive measures which included: Infinity deployment, integration from third-party automatic telephone exchange, training of regular specialists of the customer.
From the beginning of operation of Call center of Infinity the first results were felt:
- use of the interactive voice menu reduced load of operators owing to what their performance is increased
- due to intellectual distribution of calls, answer time was reduced
- thanks to setting of a call to queue, lost calls are almost reduced to zero
Such approach in customer service well affects increase in image and trust to the company. According to the analysis of employees OmniTelecom this project became the first in the plan of technology equipment among car dealers of Belarus.
Opportunities of Infinity were given to the management "Toyota Minsk Center" by modern and convenient management tools in use and control of business.
