SITRONICS and IT implemented a system BOSS-Referent in Bashneft

JSC SITRONICS and IT company announce project completion of implementation in JSC ANC Bashneft ESM sistemy BOSS-Referent. So far in a system about 3000 employees work, however in the future the number of users will almost double.

The decision on system implementation BOSS-Referent was made after in 2009 AFK "Sistema" acquired a controlling stake of JSC ANC Bashneft. Before the new management there was a task to make management of holding more accurate, effective and transparent. Transition to the electronic document management system (EDMS) became one of the major steps on this way. The general contractor of the project selects SITRONICS Bashkortostan company. For solving of tasks, connected with workflow automation in different divisions of corporation, the IT company was attracted.

At the end of 2009 in management company JSC ANC Bashneft pilot implementation of EDMS based on a software package BOSS-Referent on 500 jobs was implemented. Based on this project the decision to replicate a system on all affiliated enterprises was made, the corresponding works began spring of 2010. As a result about 2500 more users were connected to a system.

During the SITRONICS Bashkortostan and IT project conducted an analytical research of business processes of JSC ANC Bashneft based on which a system BOSS-Referent was adapted for requirements of the company. It allowed to configure effectively interaction of the enterprises of holding, to organize exchange of documents and their approval, to provide control of execution of instructions. Also function of backup was configured and the mechanism of loading of the normative reference information from corporate systems is implemented.

In the course of implementation of EDMS a number of interesting solutions was implemented. For example, work of users with a system is organized through web access. For cost optimization on creation and support of the server hardware the uniform hardware complex is created. It includes the server of document flow of management company and the virtualizations of VMware created using the environment virtual servers for 6 child organizations and 6 oil and gas production departments entering into structure of JSC ANC Bashneft. Besides, cost reduction was promoted by adoption by company management of the decision on acquisition of the general license for a system BOSS-Referent that provides transfer of the non-exclusive rights of use of software for all users of holding. Now a system is put into commercial operation, in it about three thousand users work already, and their quantity continues to grow. Maintenance and technical support of the implemented EDMS in JSC ANC Bashneft are provided by "SITRONICS Bashkortostan".

As a result of implementation of EDMS of Bashneft company it was succeeded to achieve reduction of terms of approval of documents, increase in performing discipline, increase in transparency of management and unification of document flow.
