The Dagestan state institute of the national economy implements Euphrates

At the Dagestan State Institute of the National Economy (DSINE) system implementation of electronic document management (EDMS) Euphrates began. For project implementation at Cognitive Technologies company — developer of a product — the license for simultaneous operation of 42 users was purchased. Setup and installation of a system are executed by specialists of university.

It is expected that using the Euphrates system at institute processes of accounting, the movement, processing and storage of the entering, outgoing and internal documents, including different requests, memos and agreements will be automated. It will allow to systematize document flow and information flows of university and also to reduce number of the routine transactions executed by the staff of DGINH.

At the moment specialists of institute carry out debugging of system configuration, identification of unaccounted business processes and flows of documents and also training of future users. Except automation of administrative activity, EDMS "Euphrates" will also be involved in educational process. For this purpose DGINH became the participant of the "Euphrates in Each University" program within which the necessary number of licenses is free of charge provided to all educational institutions for implementation of EDMS in educational process.

It is expected that workflow automation of DGINH using EDMS "Euphrates" will allow to accelerate approval of documents by 3 — 4 times, to reduce time of their search in several tens of times and also to considerably raise the level of performing discipline of staff of university.
