Within the project of improvement of a communication structure of RRT autoholding the call center of the car showroom RRT Southwest - the official dealer of GM Opel and Chevrolet was upgraded.
The group under the RRT trademark of www.rrt.ru works at the automobile market since 1992. The activity the holding began with wholesale and retail by cars VAZ. Since 2002 "RRT" is engaged in sale and car repairs of foreign production. Today "RRT" has the full-height centers for trade and service maintenance of the Subaru, Opel and Chevrolet cars where all models of cars are provided and the range of services is offered: on repair, maintenance, tuning of cars, sales of original spare parts and accessories, to crediting and insurance.
Successful work experience of Call center of Infinity in two regional representative offices of RRT with confidence allowed to continue implementation of Infinity in branch of St. Petersburg.
The premises of office in which it was going to set Infinity were the operating call center and are equipped with the AVAYA station. The problem of upgrade of TsOV consisted in expansion of quantity of jobs and obtaining required functionality, saving at the same time the current investments into the third-party equipment.
For full-scale implementation of this task it was necessary to integrate densely among themselves Infinity and AVAYA. The feature was that in case of conducting an internal talk between subscribers of automatic telephone exchange of AVAYA, it was impossible to define their status, and calls could be transferred to busy internal phones mistakenly. For implementation of this task forces of Weathervane Sale company developed the module allowing to analyze information on the statuses of subscribers transferred by the AVAYA station under the office protocol.
The new module allowed to solve an assigned task, and as a result the Call center of Infinity successfully upgraded the Southwest RRT customer service center. At the moment 59 operators are involved in Call center.
