In committee on culture and tourism of the Ryazan region the system of Web monitoring is created

In committee on culture and tourism of the Ryazan region the information system of monitoring of indicators, the analysis and forecasting of development of the sphere of culture based on the solution "PARUS is implemented there is a Monitoring. Web". The IT project is a part of the long-term target program "The Culture of the Ryazan Region for 2010-2012".

The need for an information system of monitoring arose in connection with complexity of obtaining operational and reliable information by committee about network functioning of regional subordinated organizations and cultural institutions in municipal entities of area.

Now, thanks to implementing solution based on Web technologies, a common information space for work of committee on culture and tourism is created and organizations subordinated to it - all about 1500 users are connected. Compliance of all accounting processes to uniform methodological approaches is provided. The regional specifics are implemented, in particular, the necessary completions connected with introduction to structure of statistical reporting of a large number of new regional indicators are made.

Important element of the solution is the subsystem of visual data mapping, necessary for the analysis and acceptance of management decisions. Today the Portal of culture and tourism of the Ryazan region allows to see the first results of visualization of industry statistics of the region.

Collecting of statistical and reporting data on the industry for 2010 was for the first time performed using a modern information system and using Web technologies. The data collected in a system "PARUS there is a Monitoring. Web", were used when forming the information analytical report "Culture and Tourism of the Ryazan Region" for 2010.

Substantial increase of efficiency and providing accuracy of the data allows to estimate objectively efficiency of activity of the public and municipal authorities of culture and art, to improve quality of planning and control of accomplishment of the major problems facing the sphere of culture of the Ryazan region.

Development of the project is planned in the direction of algorithm elaboration for automatic formation of forecast data; ensuring formation of digital signatures of heads of governing bodies of culture, the public and municipal authorities of the sphere of culture responsible for timely and reliable providing data in an information system of monitoring. The project is implemented by regional department of "PARUS Corporation" in Ryazan.
