FASP in Ukraine (Infinity)

Within the strategy of increase in employee performance of FASP Group the project on implementation of Call center of "Infinity" in Ukraine started.

The FASP group is the first independent professional collection agency in Russia. The agency works at the market since 2004. At the moment the company locates more than 110 branches and representations in Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan. The main mission of the company is professional work with clients, development of credit culture of residents of Russia and other countries. Work of the agency assumes use of special techniques which consider long-term experience. The FASP group performs collecting arrears at a pre-judicial and judicial stage from legal entities and physical persons, including the complete list of legal acts.

Successful work experience of Call centers of "Infinity" in Moscow and Omsk became start for further innovations in other representative offices. The new project with use of "Infinity" of Call-Center was implemented at the Ukrainian office "FASP".
The project was executed by specialists of the Moscow representative office of "FASP". The employees of "FASP" who received high qualification in the previous project made installation and setup of "Infinity" and also number of proprietary applications. Within the project training of staff of the Ukrainian office was performed.

When implementing this project were not limited only to local automation of separate offices. Thanks to support in "Infinity" of Call-Center of the IP telephony protocols, representation were united in a single telephone network. This function allows to make calls between territorially remote offices by short extensions. As routing of a call happens through internal network, passing telecom operators, significant economy of funds for an intercity and international telecommunication is reached.
