Due to growth of the company there was a need for more effective management of cash flows (receipts and payments) and creations of the automated control system for money.
As a result of a research of the market of the products used for solving of tasks in the field of management of cash flows as a basis of development the product "INTALEV was selected: Corporate finances". For setup of the Payment schedule system in the selected software product according to requirements of our company the decision on the invitation of specialists of the Volga office INTALEV Group was made.
The task of automation of a system of the Payment schedule considering specifics of work of our company was successfully solved in agreed time frames by through joint efforts of specialists of our company and the consultant of the Volga office "INTALEV" Trushkov Alexander.
