The BDO company implements EDMS

For increase in efficiency of interaction and level of customer service, in Bdobylo company the decision on improvement of the electronic document management system (EDMS) is made.

Expectations

A system will provide acceptance in document handling from clients, document transfer and financial statements from BDO to the client, control of passing of documents on all processing stages, to perform input, the analysis and structuring data in an electronic format, to check data and documents, to return to the client documents for completion, saving the history of interaction.

The solution significantly saves time for processes of exchange of documents, allows to create electronic archives of documents, at the same time a system provides not only identification and search of necessary documents, but the high level of data protection of clients by means of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Access to a system is provided round the clock via the Internet, besides clients of outsourcing division of BDO will have an opportunity to independently define to which of employees and to what information volume access can be provided.
