Zor - Mashproyekt prolonged the license for Dr.Web

Doctor Web Company announces license renewal on products of the corporate Dr.Web Enterprise Security Suite complex in the state enterprise of Zor - Mashproyekt, one of the producers of turbine jets, largest in the CIS.

The enterprise develops samples of gas turbine units and improves production models already during half a century. In 2010 for the purpose of maintenance of information security of engineering and design activity and protection of intellectual property of the organization the management Zor - Mashproyekt made the decision to implement the Dr.Web Desktop Security Suite software product. Thereof all workstations in extensive corporate network of the enterprise (more than one thousand PCs) received a comprehensive protection from viruses and other malware.

On a preliminary stage of the project the customer considered a product of Doctor Web Company along with the solutions ESET, Symantec and Kaspersky Labs: as a result of internal testing specialists of Zor - Mashproyekt gave preference to an antivirus of Dr.Web.

"The antivirus of Dr.Web effectively works even on workstations with a low computing power. Besides, Doctor Web Company is distinguished by the high speed of reaction to emergence of new virus threats — Yury Zapsenko, the head of department of maintenance of ADP equipment and a computer network of GP NPKG of Zor - Mashproyekt notes. — The acceptable cost of a product became one more important factor for benefit of Dr.Web Desktop Security Suite. And at last, we considered successful experience of use of the products Dr.Web in the past: in 2009 the system administrator of Zor - Mashproyekt won tender of Doctor Web Company and obtained the license for Dr.Web CureNet! with a possibility of "treatment" of the big park of computers".

In use Dr.Web Desktop Security Suite specialists of Zor - Mashproyekt also noted reliability of antivirus protection, convenience of the management console of a product, the compact amount of updates of signature bases and also high speed of work of an antivirus at low load of system resources of workstations. All this became good cause for prolongation of validity period of the license for a corporate product of Dr.Web in January, 2011.

At prolongation one of specialists of Zor - Mashproyekt underwent free training to work with the products Dr.Web in the authorized training center TSEBIT LLC, the partner of Doctor Web Company. All questions arising at the customer during the project quickly were solved technical support service of the Ukrainian office "Dr.Web".
