The Central Committee of MERLION created a corporate portal for "TEKTA GROUP"

Specialists of Competence center of MERLION integrated all offices investment and construction TEKTA GROUP company thanks to creation and implementation of a corporate portal.

Need of business process automation, connected with selection, assessment, testing and personnel training, systematization and storage of knowledge and also with interaction management between employees and HR division became the purpose of implementation of a corporate portal in the company on the basis of the software of Web Tutor.

The project was implemented by specialists of Competence center of MERLION together with Websoft company, the leading developer of the automation equipment of HR functions and creations of the systems of distance learning and electronic training courses.

Within three months the working tool allowing to manage effectively internal communications, to provide distance learning, testing and personel assessment was created. The design of the portal was developed taking into account corporate style of the company, integration with the system of personnel records of the company is carried out. Service of electronic requests and electronic document management is implemented for what specialists of Competence center carried out all necessary settings and completions of a system,

Upon termination of this project it was succeeded to achieve the following goals:

• Consolidation of functions of an informational portal, the portal of knowledge, the educational portal and HR portal within one solution.
• Automation of educational process.
• Formation of the environment of communication for employees (forums, votes, polls).
• Service of electronic requests.
