In the Warehouse management system #1 features of processing and storage of goods of different type are considered.

A system is configured on processing of food, electronics, consumer goods, etc.

Advantages

A system is customized on business processes by means of the description business of logic, without reprogramming. It allows to recustomize and develop a system independently.

Main lines

  • A system provides full control, accounting and the analysis of warehouse activity. Complex automation allows to reduce costs due to optimization of warehouse transactions and trade inventories, to quickly obtain up-to-date information about a status of a warehouse and the performed works, to analyze and predict warehouse activity, to automate the order of goods, to manage personnel.
  • A system allows to place the arriving loads on storage locations, to complete orders, to create route charts, assembly sheets, to control fillability of storage locations, to create reports.
  • Processing both loads, and goods is supported. Lot-based accounting is applied to goods. Goods are described using hierarchical qualifiers and sets of characteristics.
  • The topology of a warehouse is described in a graphic type: passes, ranks, exact location of storage locations (cell provision on the shelf, regiments - in a rack, a rack - in a warehouse). Storage takes each place a set of characteristics (type, storage conditions, the sizes, the maximum weight of the placed load, the attributed goods or the owner).
  • Storage locations can integrate in zones: acceptance of goods, storage, shipment.

Optimization of placement of goods

For reduction of cost of accomplishment of warehouse transactions a system optimizes placement of goods on storage locations taking into account turnover of goods, remoteness from places of shipment, existence of similar goods in a warehouse (consolidation); the route of collecting of goods is optimized by criteria of the greatest release of storage locations taking into account a partionnost (FIFO), an expiration date of goods or minimization of overheads or runtime of transactions.

The warehouse management system is focused on accomplishment of business processes. Using the built-in customizers, a system adapts under the selected business logic.
