In 2010 for the organization of electronic document management in "RKS of Energo", having analyzed the existing automation systems, the CASE system was selected. Specialists of Ofis-Dok company (St. Petersburg) implemented in "RKS of Energo" of 17 jobs of a system, having automated the main objectives of office.
In 2011 the management of RKS of Energo LLC, based on trial operation of a system, made the decision on significant expansion of sections of automation and more complete use of opportunities of electronic document management.
In 2011 consecutive system implementation in different departments of the organization for the purpose of their inclusion in process of electronic document management is planned. As a result of this expansion it is going to automate business processes of approval and accounting of agreements and regulating documents. In perspective plans – phased transition to electronic document management in all divisions of the company and its branches.
