The Armex company successfully implemented in Riakonsalt Company LLC industry solution "1C: Polygraphy 8". 20 jobs are automated, the staff of the enterprise received the effective and reliable instrument of calculation and planning of orders. A new system allowed considerably, almost on a third, to reduce time spent by managers for acceptance, processing and calculation of orders. Use "1C: Polygraphy 8" promoted performance improvement of work on all sections of production, beginning from acceptance and order placement and finishing with shipment of finished goods. The Riakonsalt Company LLC printing house specializes in production of packaging, being one of leaders in this area. The main activity of the company is production of different types of packets: polyethylene, plastic, paper and packets from a kraft paper.

Being engaged in diversification of production and expanding the range of the products, the printing house opened the new direction in business ‑ production of paper packets. And almost at once managers had to face specifics of this type of activity. The feature of business on production of paper packets consisted available a large number of small orders, on 200-500 copies of products. As a result of it the flow of orders sharply increased and managers could not process quickly requests from clients any more: they did not manage to count orders, to answer incoming messages and calls, began to hurry and be mistaken. In a production chain failures began to occur, especially during peak loads which in printing house fall on an autumn and winter season.
