In MFC of Stupino the project of automation of provision of services is complete

In April, 2011 the "Budget and Financial Technologies" company (BFT) and Municipal autonomous authority "Uniform Service Center" of the Stupino municipal district signed the contract for execution of works on implementation and setup of automated information system of support of activity of the multifunction centers of provision of services (AIS MFC) entering the complete solution "Chapel".

Objectives

Main objective of the project – increase in efficiency of rendering the public and municipal services to applicants based on MFC.

Upon completion of system implementation "The uniform service center" of the area will have an opportunity to save budgetary funds and to improve quality of provision of services to applicants, having reduced time of internal service of applicants and having reduced influence of a human factor on quality of the provided services.

Objectives

In MFC using the Chapel system the following basic processes will be automated: providing consultations to applicants on the public (municipal) services; acceptance and processing of statements; organization, monitoring and quality control of rendering services; a reporting preparation on the course and results of rendering services.

"Implementation of the AIS MFC is a big step on the way of improvement of a system of interaction of the population and executive authorities. Use of Uniform Service Center will allow to simplify a number of procedures, will save citizens from need to stand long queues. We hope that cooperation with the BFT Company having wide experience of implementation of the advanced information technological solutions will help to make process of rendering services to the population more convenient, fast and effective", – the director of Municipal autonomous authority "Uniform Service Center" of the Stupino municipal district Gudenko K.E. comments.

Except process automation of service of citizens in MFC, the Chapel system helps applicants to be prepared for submission of documents in MFC through remote links of interaction: phone (The center of telephone service of citizens), the Internet portal (a personal account on the portal) and infomats (a personal account in the infomat).

2012 - project completion

Uniform Service Center BFT and MAU company of the Stupino municipal district of the Moscow region completed the project.

Results

Processes of work with the applicant are automated: consultation of applicants, quality control and completeness of the document package provided by the applicant, services, necessary for rendering, acceptance and processing of statements. Process automation of provision of services reduces load of the specialists occupied on documents acceptance, reduces the number of personal contacts and reduces infrastructure scale for internal service that allows to save budgetary funds. The applicant, in turn, does not need to understand all regulations and rules of rendering services.

According to the director of Municipal autonomous authority "Uniform Service Center" of the Stupino municipal district K.E. Gudenko, use of modern information technological solutions transfers interaction of citizens and executive authorities to qualitatively new step, considerably increasing its efficiency, does process of rendering services more convenient and available.
