Bohr 20–1 condominium (1C:VDGB: Accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC)

Implementation of the standard software product of a 1C system: Enterprise 8 was carried out by the staff of 1C:VDGB company to Borovskoye 20-1 Condominium. The 1C: Accounting 8 program of PROF version completely automated accounting and tax accounting at the enterprise.

The choice of the software solution by the management of Borovskoye 20-1 Condominium was caused by the fact that 1C: Accounting 8 is the universal program of mass appointment for automation of accounting and tax accounting including preparation of the obligatory (regulated) reporting the giving chance, thus, to keep account to all forms of organizational associations.

The configuration Enterprise accounting of a system of programs 1C:Enterprise 8, allows to implement any scheme of accounting and can be used as it is autonomous, and together with other components.

By means of the implemented solution the following sections of accounting are automated: settlings with advance holders; settlings with the organizations; personnel records; settlings with personnel on compensation; calculations for income tax; lot-based accounting; trade operations; currency transactions; material accounting, goods, products; cost accounting and cost accounting; operations on cash desk and bank; settlings with suppliers and buyers; fixed asset accounting and intangible assets; calculations for the VAT; the regulated reporting; tax accounting; integration with other subsystems.
