Accounting of Na Odesskoy Condominium using 1C

Automation of accounting and tax accounting in Na Odesskoy Condominium is executed by specialists of "1C:VDGB" based on implementation of the specialized 1C:VDGB software product: Accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC (the new name of program 1C: Accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC).

For automation of accounting activity by the management of condominium the decision on implementation of the software solution 1C for accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC was made. The effective tool for optimization of the majority of accounting and tax transactions is as a result received.

At the moment, accounting and tax the organizations 1C: Accounting 8 in which standard accounting and tax accounting without need to make exchange and unloadings between modules of accounting of a rent and accounting is possible is kept due to integration into the program: accounting of production, materials, fixed assets and intangible assets; inventory control; accounting of trade operations and transactions with money; salary accrual; accounting of business activities of several organizations in uniform base; application of any tax modes (the STS, an UIIT, the normal system of taxation, SP) and transition from one tax regime to another in working base in several minutes.
