The ARMO-LINE company handed over the project on technical equipping of educational laboratories and laboratory complexes in two departments of the Moscow construction college No. 38. The implemented engineering project included works on design, installation and a commissioning of the equipment for fire alarm systems and the notification, fire extinguishing and smoke removal, video surveillance, access control and a security alarm and also systems of local engineering automatic equipment. The staff of ARMO-LINE developed special educational stands based on the modern engineering equipment for training of young specialists.

Within the agreement the staff of ARMO-LINE executed engineering projects for 3 educational laboratories and 3 laboratory complexes in department of Krzhizhanovskoye and 1 laboratory and 1 laboratory complex in department of Chongarskoye of SK Public Educational Institution No. 38. In total in laboratories about 30 educational stands which give the chance of direct work with the engineering equipment and working off of practical skills in programming, installation and service of the considered systems were placed. Unlike laboratories, educational and laboratory complexes are intended for evident demonstration of functionality of the operating engineering systems, and their projects were copied from real objects.

In laboratories of department of Krzhizhanovskoye educational stands with the equipment for video surveillance, access control, the security and fire warning, antismoke ventilation and fire extinguishing systems which demonstrate as their installation, adjustment and the subsequent service are performed were placed. Laboratory complexes represent the operating models of security systems, fire extinguishing, the fire warning and the notification. Engineering projects of laboratory complexes included really operating dispatching office of fire protection and dispatching office of the engineering systems.

The laboratory and laboratory complex in department of Chongarskoye were devoted to the systems of local engineering automatic equipment, in particular the engineering project included a conditioning system and a supply and exhaust ventilation, individual and thermal point and also an electrodistribution frame. For carrying out practical and laboratory works workstations with the preset AutoCAD software for programming of the engineering systems are provided.

In implementation process of this engineering project ARMO-LINE executed integration of all equipment into network of the LonWorks standard via TP/FT-10 interface. All data are collected in server, monitoring and system management is exercised based on PcVue brand SCADA system (the ave. - in ARC Informatique, France). A system is constructed by the principle of the client-server architecture, thus each teacher can see at the same time, than his students are engaged and also that happens in the next laboratories and laboratory complexes. As the automation equipment Wago and Thermokon controllers and also the seteobrazuyushchy equipment of the Loytec brand were used.

In a basis of the project on upgrade of construction college No. 38 the task to overcome high-quality lag in training of young specialists from modern conditions of the construction market was set, first of all. It became possible due to the state support of organizations of primary and secondary professional education within the national Education project of 2009. The ARMO-LINE company which developed educational stands and educational and laboratory complexes for working off of theoretical and practical skills was responsible for engineering projects on hardware of college.
