Twins (1C: Trade Management 8)

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed system implementation of 1C: Trade Management 8 in Krasnoyarsk service center of Twins. The new information system allowed to plan effectively works of masters and to increase the speed of accomplishment of customer orders by 20%.

As a result of the performed works in the company the following sections were automated:

• Customer relationship management;
• Sales management;
• Inventory management;
• Purchase management;
• Work planning of masters.

The new information system covered 20 jobs.

Project Results:

• Speed of accomplishment of customer orders increased by 20%. Thanks to automation of work of dispatching service there was an opportunity to analyze the current employment of masters, to control observance of arrangements with the client.
• There was an opportunity to quickly monitor existence of spare parts. Now employees control a necessary stock of goods in a warehouse and quickly make decisions on acquisition of spare parts.
• The sales department received the tool for status monitoring of the order (it is accepted, paid, the goods arrived on a warehouse, is shipped to the buyer), it allowed to plan receipt of revenue on days and to trace receivables.
