The ant Technologies company, the market leader of IT solutions for logistics, begins project implementation on implementation of the automated control system for the warehouse Logistic Vision Suite in SELA (www.sela.biz) corporation, being one of leading manufacturers of clothes and having the retail chain stores of the same name across all Russia.

The new warehouse of SELA corporation is located in the techno and logistic Tomilino complex in Lyuberetsky District of the Moscow region. Annually about 1800 models are represented in the SELA collections, all range of goods of a trademark is stored in this warehouse (men's, teenage and a kidswear, footwear and accessories). In a special zone all goods have pre-sale training, including marking by labels. In a warehouse sorting and a complete set of goods, its distribution in all shops of corporate network SELA in the territory of Russia is performed.

At the moment work of a warehouse is conducted using paper technology that leads to a number of logistic problems: claims on storage, duration of acceptance and shipment, regrading and others. Development of retail chain stores together with emergence of above-mentioned problems resulted in need of more effective management of logistics, optimization of warehouse activity and schedule system of deliveries that induced company management to automate a warehouse by means of the professional WMS system.

As the complete solution on management of warehouse business processes of SELA decided to use the WMS system of the international class Logistic Vision Suite which is exclusively presented at the Russian market by ant Technologies company. During the project specialists of ant Technologies will make setup of main system of management of the warehouse Warehouse Vision of the Logistic Vision Suite family taking into account specifics of warehouse business operations of SELA. In a system it is going to implement algorithms of carrying out warehouse transactions on the basis of parameters, specific to clothes: accounting of characteristics of goods in the flowers and the sizes, work with collections, seasonal fluctuations of shipment of goods. In particular, a system will consider seasonality of demand for different collections of clothes that will allow to use warehouse spaces more effectively.

In addition to automation of basic warehouse transactions (acceptance and identification of goods, placement, storage, inventory, selection, packaging, shipment) by specialists of ant Technologies the WMS interface with the corporate ERP system used by the customer will be developed. Integration of Logistic Vision Suite with 1C will allow to perform process data exchange and to expand accounting function of a system to managerial.

Within the project specialists of ant Technologies will also provide personnel training of the customer on work with a new system based on own Educational advice center, will provide technical support of the implemented system.
