Today the "Trans Logistik Consult Group" company (www.tlconsult.ru) is the all-Russian customs broker and the forwarding agent with an extensive network of branches in Moscow and in industrially developed regions of Russia, actively developing the logistic direction of business in warehouses in the large cities of the Russian Federation. For achievement of competitive advantage in the market of logistics services by providing the high level of customer service quality, increase in processing speed of orders, increase in efficiency of use of warehouse spaces, the "Trans Logistik Consult Group" company needed implementation of the information management system by a warehouse.

The current project is directed to automation of a warehouse of "Trans Logistik Consult Group" company in the logistic park "Northern Domodedovo" situated near Moscow (11 km from MKAD). The area of a warehouse complex based on which services of safe custody of loads are rendered is 38720 sq.m., capacity – 64,232 pallets.

The "Trans Logistik Consult Group" company within the held tender studied different foreign WMS solutions and as the platform for warehouse automation selected the software package Logistic Vision Suite. The ant Technologies company having wide experience of implementation of similar projects for networks of warehouses of the leading 3PL-operators of the industry acts as WMS integrator. The fulfilled system implementation methodology in commercial warehouses, the flexible architecture and a possibility of easy scaling of the solution on other warehouse complexes of network became the decisive factors which defined the choice for benefit of Logistic Vision Suite.

The team of specialists of ant Technologies will render a full range of project works, including consulting services on formalizations of business processes of a warehouse, system implementation and installation of the specialized equipment, technical support, training of employees of the customer, warranty and post-warranty service.

In a work progress over the project the module Warehouse Vision - a kernel of the Logistic Vision Suite software product will be implemented. Considering versatile business processes of clients of a warehouse complex, specialists of ant Technologies implement individual preferences of the Logistic Vision Suite system for each client. Warehouse automation of acceptance, placement and shipment of goods, processing of loads according to the principles of FIFO according to storage life, batch number, serial number, optimization of routes of placement and a complete set, preparation of reports will be made.

At the subsequent stage of the project expansion of functionality of the standard solution is planned: by means of the billing module a system will perform tariffing of services and to make out bills on each client of a warehouse complex, and the module of the built-in reporting will allow to create reports of any complexity by certain clients and transactions with goods. Specialists of ant Technologies integrate WMS Logistic Vision Suite with the accounting system of 1C used by the customer. Automation of 65 jobs is planned. Besides, ant Technologies will make delivery and installation of the hardware: access points for creation wireless Wi-Fi of network, printers for printing of labels of Zebra, data collection terminals of Motorola (Symbol).

In order that users quickly mastered work with the WMS system, specialists of ant Technologies Educational advice center will provide training of employees of the customer.

Within the next years large warehouse complexes of "Trans Logistik Consult Group" in the cities of St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Novosibirsk will be put into operation.
