Specialists of MSK Consulting Group company successfully complete the project of automation of a warehouse complex of the large logistic operator (3PL) in Kazakhstan of TAU-Terminal company.
As a result of implementation the following tasks were solved:
- Commissioning warehouse management system Exceed WMS.
- Standardization of business processing of goods in a warehouse taking into account customer requirements;
- Quality improvement of processing of trade flows.
