Project Description

The warehouse management system Qguar WMS on the Ukrainian production and logistic complexes of one of the leading brewing groups in the world – Carlsberg Group. Qguar WMS will manage 3 warehouses "Slavutich, Carlsberg Group": in Kiev, Zaporizhia, Lviv

The total area of objects which are managed by Qguar WMS is about 100 thousand sq.m.

Stable annual growth of turnovers of Carlsberg Group resulted in need of implementation of a professional warehouse management system – Qguar WMS. The feature of the project implemented by Quantum International company consists that the solution will allow to integrate management of a container, finished goods and materials in the unified information system.

Implementation of Qguar WMS Pro will allow the producer:

• reduce maintenance expenses of sendings and movements of finished goods, a container and materials. Thanks to management of warehouse places in real time the Qguar WMS system diametrically reduces existence of discrepancies in a status of stock balance;
• create accurate system mechanisms of control of an input exit of commodity material flows in warehouses;
• increase efficiency and reduce time for carrying out inventories of a container, finished goods and materials in warehouses. Management of places, barcodes and also work on radio terminal equipment in the Qguar WMS system considerably reduce need of performing frequent inventories of a warehouse. A system "forces" to permanent inventory at the runtime separate warehouse transactions and also controls drivers of the equipment at the runtime each transport order;
• reduce participation of "a human factor" in management of complexes – the leading function of warehouse managers is limited to a role of management and control of warehouse processes, eliminating need to spend time for management of warehouse places;
• implement the effective mechanism of personal accounting of the works performed by warehouse employees – 95% of instructions for employees of warehouses generates directly Qguar WMS, but not the head. A system optimizes work of a key element and minimizes time spent for service of issue of the next orders to personnel, independent accounting, etc.;
• using the mechanism of personal accounting of works, Qguar WMS will allow to make the system of motivation of personnel of even more effective – on the basis of reports on the performed works it is possible to award work of individual employees or an employee group.
• obtain exact information on localization of specific articles (an expiration date, a batch, the status of quality, quantity) at any moment;
• increase efficiency of use of the warehouse equipment, minimize idle times, neutralize single run, create optimal routing, etc.;
• keep accurate accounting of all data on each carrier with a container, create reports on use of a container (that, including will allow to simplify settlings with partners);
• manage a complete set of the national teams a pallet on the basis of the algorithms stated in the Qguar WMS system;
