System implementation of SEVCO WMS on a warehouse complex of PIVDOM company, Moscow, the TPZ Altufyevo terminal. Safe custody

WAREHOUSE: The logistic complex of class "A", more than 60000 sq.m, height of ceilings is 12 m. The warehouse is used for rendering services 3PL of the operator. Clients of the company are the largest retail chain stores of the Russian Federation.

Implementation: The SEVCO WMS system manages all transactions in a warehouse, allows to process different types of goods – piece (with static and dynamic packagings), weight. Several temperature zones are used, more than 200 RTSD at the same time work at a warehouse.

WAREHOUSE: Logistic complex of class "A", more than 5000 sq.m. The warehouse is used for work with alcoholic beverages and is equipped with narrow-passage rack constructions.

Implementation: The SEVCO WMS system manages all transactions in a warehouse, account of data, necessary for alcohol, is kept. For identification of goods the 2D excise stamp is used. More than 30 RTSD at the same time work at a warehouse.

The new logistic complex of class "A", more than 6000 sq.m, height of ceilings is 12 m. All posts of loading unloading are equipped by dokleveler and dokshelter.

Implementation

Specialists of SEVKO company completely developed and described technology of work of a warehouse complex. In a warehouse the automated control system for the warehouse "SEVCO WMS" is used. Transactions are automated: acceptance, placement, selection of orders, shipment, feed of the storage area, acceptance of returns, etc. Address accounting by expiration dates is implemented. The warehouse works on paperless technology and uses more than 15 radio of data collection terminals for execution.
