The Homnet Leasing company announced in May, 2011 release of the new software product "Accounting of the Leasing Company" developed based on "1C: Accounting 8" edition 2.0 and also the universal integration module.

The release of the software product will allow any leasing company, without refusing high-quality automation, to minimize costs upon transition to version 2.0 "1C: Accounting 8" from 1C Company, and in the subsequent — on version 3.0 and on new standards of accounting and tax accounting according to the project of PBU "Lease Accounting". It managed to be reached due to architecture and technological effectiveness of the solution, the fulfilled technique and good renewability and also availability of implementation.

The Accounting of the Leasing Company software product can be used both together with the managerial system "Homnet Leasing 8", and with any other managerial system due to use of the integration module. At the same time data exchange happens directly, in the automatic mode, without requiring participation of users. The architecture of an information system allows to solve problems of automation of business and tax accounting with the selected Accounting of the Leasing Company software product and the module of automatic integration (including the subsequent updates), minimum mentioning a managerial system and its users. Also "Accounting of the Leasing Company" can be used as an independent product.

Accounting of leasing fixed assets

  • for determination of exact cost of the leasing capital investments, when settlings with software suppliers agreements in c.u., offset of the paid advance payments can make both in automatic, and in the manual mode

• fixed assets:
  • the fixed assets leased can be considered both on balance of the lessor, and on balance of the lessee
  • account of subjects of OS on balance of the lessor is kept by lessees and agreements of leasing
  • all main transactions with leasing objects are automated: acceptance to accounting, transfer to leasing, depreciation, return from leasing, transfer into the ownership, repeated transfer to lease, write-off
  • reflection in tax accounting of sale of OS at a loss is automated
  • for the unified printed forms according to OS the possibility of an automatic output of signers is implemented

  • to keep account of a remaining balance on not repaid requirements of the Collection, to create reports

Insurance accounting

• at sharing a system with the operational module "Homnet Leasing Insurance" following features appear:
  • automatic creation of elements of the reference book "Deferred expenses" and the documents "Goods and service receipt" on the basis of insurance policies and payment schedules on them
  • calculation and accounting of temporary and permanent differences for insurance policies
  • reflection of transactions of restructuring of insurance policies — settlement of insured events, partial leavings and early closings with in details worked reflection in tax accounting

Accounting on the credits and loans obtained

• the main operations with agreements of the credits and loans obtained are automated:
  • percent on the credits and loans obtained are charged automatically, including taking into account target use
  • within the procedural procedure of closing of month a transfer of debt from long-term in short-term is made

Transactions of transfer to pledge and return from pledge are automated. On the basis of documents of pledge the mortgage book of fixed assets forms.

Accounting of the loans issued

• charge of percent on the loans issued is automated

Integration about "Homnet Leasing 14" At sharing a System with "Homnet Leasing 14" data exchange between them is executed in the automatic mode using the integration module.
