The Tuymaada Oil Oil Company expands use of EDMS Case (EOS Group)

Core business of JSC Oil Company Tuymaada-Neft (Yakutsk) is connected with transportation and implementation of oil products. Earlier in the company using an electronic document management system "CASE" registration of the entering and outgoing documentation and also information input under resolutions and instructions were already automated. According to the general to trends of expansion of sections of automation in Tuymaada Oil Oil Company the decision on implementation of the next stage of implementation of EDMS "DELO" and more complete use of all functionality of a system is made. It is supposed that implementation of new jobs will allow to organize more effectively joint work of employees, in particular, for example, considerably will accelerate process of approval of agreements and will increase performing discipline thanks to transfer in electronic a type of all information on instructions and the course of their execution.

The CASE system is successfully used in many companies of the oil and gas industry of Russia. Among the clients who selected this solution of workflow automation: Tatneft, Velneft, Gazprom Transgaz Moscow, Purgaz, "Lukoil Ukraine", Noyabrskneftegaz, Brestoblgaz, Nizhnekamskneftekhim and others.
