Project of development of the concept of automation Agro-alliance

The West Concept holding develops the concept of automation of the new Russian plant on processing of grain crops.

The leading Russian importer and the trader of rice, the Agro-Alyans company, signed the agreement with West Concept company on development of the concept of automation of the new plant located in Krasnodar Krai. The choice of optimal strategy of automation of production capacities and also the subsequent implementation of IT systems will allow the company to become the first Russian producer guaranteeing production of rice grain of high high-quality purity.

Within the project specialists of West Concept Holding will carry out consulting works on design and implementation of an information system and also will develop the concept of automation including:

• the production process chart with the description of blocks of automation;
• the description of participation of an information system (the automated jobs) at each stage of production process at the enterprise;
• description of an opportunity and principles of integration of the automation system into the external equipment and adjacent information systems;
• the description of architecture of modules of an information system for solving of tasks taking into account industry specifics (grain processing);
• the description of architecture of consolidation of an information system of "The southern Rice company" (affiliated enterprise of Agro-Alyans Holding) with an information system of management company.

Automation of the main business processes of the enterprise will become the next stage of the project, namely:
