Uyuterra (Planetastroy) (Infor SCM WM (EXceed WMS))

In April, 2010 specialists of the company of recreation center Expert jointly with specialists of Planetastroy company (Retail chain stores of Uyuterr) successfully launched the distribution center of the company to Lipetsk under control of Infor WM (Exceed WMS).

Creation of the optimized model of warehouse and okoloskladsky business processes became a separate and most important stage of the project. It was necessary first of all in connection with the increased trade flows since now RTs services more than 60 shops of the joint network. Were defined by the main objectives of the project on optimization and automation of warehouse logistics:

Creation of an effective control system and support of warehouse transactions of the company Integration of the implemented system into organizational elements of the company for ensuring timeliness, accuracy and integrity of data in the company.

Integration of a System with a corporate information system.

Optimization of logistic Business processes of the company for the purpose of capacity growth of RTs. During an implementation project of WMS of the Infor WM system (Exceed WMS) for the integrated Uyuterra's RTs the deep analysis business of processes was carried out and the technology of accounting is optimized. The effective model of warehouse economy which allows to supply retail network effectively is as a result created. This model practically for 80% is focused on cross docking in connection with intensity of trade flows, an assortment matrix and restrictions which are imposed by the area of RTs.
