On October 10, 2006 in Perm at oil refinery LUKOIL-Permnefteorgsintez LLC the automated terminal which is the first stage of a complex on production, casing, storage and shipment of oils is open. The terminal, of 5000 sq.m. is equipped with the modern warehouse management system EXceed WMS 4000 (Infor WMS). Implementation of EXceed WMS 4000 (Infor WMS) in a warehouse drive of the packed-up oils was carried out by specialists of the Company of recreation center Expert, affiliated enterprise of DataKrat Corporation.

The automated terminal is the unique construction which does not have analogs in Russia. It includes a warehouse drive on 3 thousand tons of the packaged oils with stages for simultaneous shipment of products to motor transport and by rail (the system of a warehouse allows to ship up to 12 cars and 30 motor vans of the packed-up products a day), the administrative and household block and transformer substation. External and internal finishing of the terminal and also the instrumentation and automated control systems system, ventilation, power supply and fire protection conform to the most modern international standards and regulations of security, and do not make harmful effects on the environment. Need of construction of a complex is caused by the increased demand for highly effective "Lukoil" engine oils that assumes growth of their production. Now on LUKOIL-Permnefteorgsintez in a small container (1,4,5-liter canisters) 50 thousand tons of oils are packed up. Meanwhile, till 2015 development of capacities for production of oils more than twice is planned.

The commissioning of the second queue of a complex providing installation of blown machines on production of a polymeric container and automatic transfer lines of casing of oils, installation of the reservoir park and the pump station is made in 2007. Implementation of this project not only increased business performance of oils of Lukoil, having assigned to them leadership in the Russian market of lubricants, but also will satisfy the growing needs of the Russian motorists, having fully provided them with a broad spectrum of high-quality engine oils. Besides, consolidation in one industrial complex of processes of casing, packagings, storages and shipments Lukoil from counterfeit products will provide the maximum consumer protection and the trademark.

As a result of it production lines independently announce the WMS system what products, with what batch, in what quantity left from the line packed on a pallet. It allows to avoid completely acceptance process, so to reduce staff costs and to increase complex performance in general."
