National university Kiyevo-Mogilyansky academy (Optima-WorkFlow)

Feedback We notify by this letter you that at the National University "Kiyevo-Mogilyansky Academy" since 2007 the OPTIMA-WorkFlow 1.18 software product which is the basic application software for the management system for educational process and electronic document management functioning in our organization is used. Now the NAUKMA ASUND system is in continuous operation and is used in 100 workplaces.

Functioning of a system allowed to automate the solution of the following tasks in our organization:

• Personnel records of employees and teachers, control of the staff list and management of vacancies
• Management of a student's part and personnel records of students
• Work of selection committee and relationship with entrants
• Management of educational process
• Maintaining registers of accounting of progress of students
• Planning and time recording of teachers
• Accounting of loading of classroom fund
• Operational reporting for the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine
• Accounting and document registration
• Control of discipline of execution of documents and instructions
• Design, approval, vising and document approval

Also a system is integrated with the exclusive program of testing of entrants and the web portal of NAUKMA.

Maintenance and maintenance of a system is performed by forces of the innovation center of information technologies and the staff of the Optima Ukraine company which is the partner of Optima company.
