The ministry of forestry of Altai Republic passes to the automated document flow

The ministry of forestry of Altai Republic and KS-Consulting LLC (the partner of Electronic Office Systems company in Western and Eastern Siberia) signed the delivery agreement of the CASE system.

A number of bodies of the state executive power of the Altai region already apply in work with documents an electronic document management system "CASE". Following positive experience of colleagues from the ministries and departments of Altai Republic, the management of the ministry of forestry made the decision to automate work of office in number of one workplace.

During implementation specialists of KS-Consulting company held consultation on the Microsoft SQL Server DBMS installation and a client part of the CASE system; then there took place inspection of document flow in the ministry, setup of user rights and filling of reference books. As a result of works the following transactions were automated:

• registration of the arriving and sent documents,
• control of execution of orders of the minister,
• control of terms of executions on citizens' appeals,
• search of the documents registered in a system,
• printing of mail registers,
• drawing up reports for work with documents.

In the long term in the ministry increase in number of jobs of a document management system "BUSINESS" and phased transition to internal electronic exchange of documents is planned. As the head of department of implementation of KS-Consulting company Burdenkova Tatyana Aleksandrovna notes: "Distribution of the CASE system among executive authorities of Altai Republic creates premises for a possibility of electronic exchange of documents using the electronic digital signature with all its advantages".
