ABTODOM (Alpha Car: Motor show + Car service + Auto parts red 4)

In the dealer center "Avtodom-Mitsubishi" the project of automation on the basis of the software product "is completed by the Alpha Car: A motor show + Car service + Auto parts, edition 4", developed by 1C-Rarus company (file) based on "1C:Enterprise 8". Implementation was performed by SoftUnion company (file), the partner of 1C-Rarus company to Belgorod. The Avtodom company is a dealer of Mitsubishi Motors in the territory of the Belgorod region.

Within the project business processes of a motor show were automated: sales, deliveries, inventory accounting of cars, accounting of orders for cars, a complete set of cars, settlings with buyers, document flow on purchase and sale process, a design of installation of the additional hardware and pre-sale preparation.

Automation of car service included execution of requests for repair and orders, regulation, pricing and selection of works, maintaining the qualifier of cars, the procedure of issue of spare parts in production, execution of related documents, settlings with clients, accounting of development of contractors, creation of a system of discounting.

Also in a new system sales and deliveries of spare parts, an inventory control of spare parts, order management and stocks on spare parts, settlings with buyers and suppliers are conducted, maintaining the reference book of spare parts is performed.
