In "Consulting and diagnostic clinic" Federal state institution of the Presidential Property Management Department of the Russian Federation a System electronic document flow of OPTIMA-WorkFlow works within the last 4 years. This system was selected by us as a reference platform of the organization of management of documentary providing as has all necessary qualities for processing of large volumes of information and the organization of effective paperless document flow.

Its rich opportunities for adaptation to requirements and specifics of activity of our organization became one of the defining factors when choosing a system. Also we took into account the fact that OPTIMA-WorkFlow has a good resource of scalability that allows to implement this system "seriously and for a long time".

It should be noted that system implementation passed successfully and did not cause significant difficulties in the current organization activity, and all arising insignificant problems quickly were resolved by specialists of Optima company routinely.
