The Don state inspection of assay supervision implements Euphrates

In the Don state inspection of assay supervision (The Don GIPN, Rostov-on-Don) system implementation of electronic document management (EDMS) EUPHRATES began. For project implementation at Cognitive Technologies the license for simultaneous operation of 20 users and the module "Registrar" were purchased. System implementation is performed by specialists of inspectorate.

For more effective and fast work with documents the management of the Don GIPN made the decision to implement EDMS. After acquaintance with several solutions for workflow automation presented at the Russian market, specialists of inspectorate made a choice for benefit of EDMS EUPHRATES. The functionality, flexibility and simplicity of the user interface of a system and also ease of its setup became the main factors which defined this solution.

Now the Don GIPN operates EDMS EUPHRATES in the test mode. It is planned that after input of a system in commercial operation with its help the uniform electronic archive will be created, internal document flow is automated, accounting of the entering and outgoing correspondence is adjusted and also the control system of performing discipline of employees is organized.

It is expected that implementation of EDMS EUPHRATES will allow to increase considerably transparency of document flow of the Don GIPN, to accelerate accomplishment of routine transactions and also to exclude cases of loss of documents. As a result time spent for their search, movement and a design should be reduced in several tens of times, and process of approval of documents — to accelerate by 2 — 3 times.
