Sveg MTs (Buhta: Warehouse complex)

The BUHTA company started the WMS system "BUHTA: A warehouse complex" in a warehouse of production company "Sveg MTs" to Korolyev of the Moscow region. Despite the developed economic situation, company management "Sveg MTs" relied on implementation of modern IT technologies, having paid special attention to quality improvement of business processes of warehouse and production operations.

Svega MTs LLC renders a full range of services in packaging, repacking and storage of goods of the FMCG group for such companies as Procter & Gamble, "Nutricia".

In a warehouse of 4500 square meters two zones – storages and productions are selected. On production warehouse spaces floor storage of products is organized. Especially for such specific conditions in the WMS system "BUHTA: The warehouse complex" is used a method of floor address placement of products. Thanks to it, selection of goods taking into account an expiration date goes minimum loss time and products delivery costs to a production zone.

One more feature of the project for the company "Sveg MTs" became implementation in a system BUHTA of production functionality – formation of a planned daily task, accounting of development of each employee, accounting of work on crews, report generation on the made products.

One of basic functions of a production site of the company "Sveg MTs" - production (completing) of gift sets. At the same time control over an expiration date of the completed products (ingredients) is of particular importance. For this purpose in a warehouse management system BUHTA the method of formation and control of an expiration date for a ready-made product is implemented.

WMS "BUHTA: The warehouse complex" allows to work practically with any barcodes which form manufacturing plants of products and contain the complete information about goods on a pallet. In this project specialists of BUHTA company adapted recognition of barcodes in a system. As a result, EAN-13 barcodes, barcodes of manufacturing plants and barcodes of a system BUHTA work in a single system.

A specific place in the WMS BAY is held by sale of the block of quality control of the made products. Full automation of control transactions allows to keep analytical accounting of all deviations from technology processes and to timely take measures for their identification and elimination.
