The BUHTA company announces the beginning of the project on start of the WMS system "BUHTA: A warehouse complex" in a warehouse of Grintek-Distribution LLC - the distributor of goods for a garden, a kitchen garden and greenhouse facilities.
Inspection of a warehouse is at the moment already executed, amounts of works are specified, the diagram of their accomplishment providing input of a system in operation prior to the beginning of a season spring-2009 is made.
"For the warehouse we approached the choice of a WMS system very seriously. Carried out the analysis of the existing systems, visited several operating warehouses working with different WMS, studied the summary of implementation teams in detail. The BUHTA company suggested to start WMS "BUHTA: A warehouse Complex" in a configuration "BUHTA: Distribution". We estimated possibilities of a configuration, the fact that it considers features of our business and can be started in the shortest possible time. As a result, made the choice for benefit of this solution", - the CEO of Grintek Dmitry Oborsky comments.
Together with a warehouse based on the platform BUHTA is automated procurement process and a part of works of sales department (formation of reference books, orders for acceptance and shipment of goods, reports on the movement and a remaining balance of Inventories). As a result management of a chain of merchandising will happen in real time and within a uniform information field.
In a warehouse replacement of a former information system of accounting with transfer of continuous data in BUHTA will be executed. Regarding exchange of reference books, requests and reports, WMS "BUHTA" it is integrated with the accounting system of 1C.
Grintek delivers products in large retail networks which require that the goods were marked by a barcode of the EAN 13 format. A part of goods from suppliers arrives on other marking warehouse or has no it in general. In that case Grintek is forced to address independently to UNISCAN association for registration of these goods and assignment of a unique barcode by it.
For optimization of this process BUHTA will execute integration into the UNISCAN system. If on a warehouse the goods without EAN 13 barcode arrive, BUHTA automatically creates an electronic data packet about these goods and sends it to "UNISCAN". The unique barcode received in the return message from "UNISCAN" is loaded into BUHTA.
Integration of WMS "BUHTA" into the UNISCAN system will allow Grintek company to reduce time for processing of goods as earlier requests for assignment of a barcode of EAN 13 were entered manually.
It should be noted that at signing of the contract on start of WMS "BUHTA: A warehouse complex" the Grintek company took advantage of the offer of BUHTA on payment payment by installments that is especially relevant in the period of financial instability.
