Varus (Buhta: Warehouse complex)

The BUHTA company signed the agreement on automation of a warehouse of the Moscow company "Varus" - the distributor of fashion footwear.

On the basis of inspection the technical specifications on implementation of the automated control system for the warehouse WMS "Buhta were created: Warehouse complex". BUHTA should automate "on a turn-key basis" a distributor warehouse of the company, of 2 thousand 300 sq.m.

One of the main features of this project – specifics of implementation of footwear of a premium class.

"To fashion footwear there are special, increased requirements. And case is far not only in features of storage here. The goods cannot "lie too long", it should come to the end consumer prior to the beginning of a season. At rather wide range, as a rule, such footwear is not be provided by a large number of identical models. Therefore batches at us small. All this considerably complicates accounting as it should be conducted both on models, and by the sizes, and in the flowers", - the CEO of Varus LLC Vardges Navoyan notes.

During the project specialists of BUHTA will execute close integration of a WMS system with the used accounting system of 1C regarding document flow and exchange of reference books.

"Turnkey" automation provides delivery of the necessary equipment (the server, terminals, the equipment WiFi), the software and design of a LAN.

As a result the customer will receive personally customized end-to-end system which 2 stationary workplaces and 11 mobile will enter originally. 5 workers of mobile places will be equipped with data collection terminals of Symbol WT-4090. WT-4090 is the system leaving hands of the operator free for work. WT-4090 provides the maximum flexibility, has the headset for voice selection of goods and universal connectors on both sides for right-or left-side use. Other 6 mobile jobs will be completed with MS-3090 terminals. MC-3090 is intended for the companies which try to increase labor productivity. The terminal is equipped with the display which is protected by shock-resistant glass with the increased wear resistance and the GUN handle. The MC-3090 terminal is recommended to be used in warehouses for intensive scanning.

According to the signed agreement, training of employees of a warehouse by specialists of BUHTA company will be provided that will allow to adjust effective work in the shortest possible time.

Thus, use of WMS "BUHTA: The warehouse complex" will increase the speed and accuracy of work, will allow to refuse use of paper carrier for benefit of direct injection of data from the terminal in a system.
