1C:Enterprise 8. Management of corporate finances

• ERP system based on which the solution - 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8.0 is created
• The solution is intended for management of finance and accounting as the isolated enterprises, and the enterprises united in groups (holdings, conglomerates, groups). Using the solution the organization will be able to perform functions of business planning of activity of the enterprise: medium-term and long-term business planning and budgeting, management by objectives or on the basis of BSC.

In March, 2017 1C Company informed users and partners that in connection with development of the solution "1C: Holding Management", products of the line of 1C: Corporate Finance Management will be removed from sales since 10/2/2017. Sales of products, containing the Management of Corporate Finances configuration, after 10/2/2017 will be possible only for users who already purchased earlier the product containing the Management of Corporate Finances configuration, but the current option of its use according to the license policy of 1C Company, requires acquisition of its additional main deliveries. Such deliveries will be performed within separate approval.

Please note that for convenience of transition to the solution "1C: Holding Management" for users of 1C: Corporate Finance Management, the special assistant is going till 9/1/2017 to develop for data transfer in a new configuration which will be available to users on the website https://releases.1c.ru/ at the current agreement 1C:ITS and active service 1C:ITS Industry.

"1C: Corporate Finance Management 8" edition 3.0

"1C: Corporate Finance Management 8" edition 3.0 helps:

• Automate maintaining regulated tax and accounting;
• Keep operational accounting according to international standards (IFRS, GAAP and any other);
• Exercise budget planning and control;
• Manage cash flow;
• Control performance of agreements with suppliers and buyers;
• Prepare the reporting under international standards.

"1C: Corporate Finance Management" supports opportunities for medium-term and long-term business planning and budgeting, contract management. The program is successfully used both in the isolated enterprises, and in holdings, corporations and groups for four years. With its help the large number of the Russian organizations and also representative offices of the foreign companies in the Russian Federation is automated. Release of new edition of the program it will be announced shortly. The product will be provided on the market as joint development of 1C Company and 1C-Rarus company.

"1C: Corporate Finance Management 8" edition 2.1

In October, 2011 the 1C-Rarus company and 1C Company provided edition 2.1 configurations "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of corporate finances". The product automates control functions by finance, conducting regulated accounting and a reporting preparation according to international standards. The program is intended both for the isolated organizations, and for united in groups of companies (holdings, conglomerates, groups).

"1C: Corporate Finance Management 8" edition 2.1 considers operating experience of a product at many enterprises, including: Shtokman Development AG, "Sistema Leasing 24", ER-Telecom, "Moscow school of management" (Skolkovo), International academy of the stock exchange trading (Forex), OTKRYTIYE finance corporation, CENTRAL PARTNERSHIP, Basic Element Real Estate, Transvudservice (in total more than 100 organizations).

Edition 2.1 of the software product is complemented with following features:

• The new mechanism of broadcast of postings with higher performance and customizability;
• The universal designer of reports for creation of report forms in a user mode;
• Possibility of use and storage of standard operations with IFRS;
• Independent installation by the user in a subsystem Budgeting, in what analytical cuts it is necessary to plan and control turnovers according to budget items;
• The new payment schedule using the data layout scheme for more flexible and evident formation of the diagram of receipt of funds and payments of the enterprises.

The recommended chart of accounts according to IFRS, rules of broadcast of postings of the standard chart of accounts under RAS on the recommended chart of accounts according to IFRS, the configured set of the reporting under IFRS from IFRS Taxonomy is also included in the delivery.

• Software product "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of corporate finances. Special delivery" it is intended only for use in the additional local area networks (remote offices) of branches of the organizations and/or separate legal entities of holding affiliated with the user of the main delivery of a product "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of corporate finances", having the operating subscription to ITS, is also made "under the order".

"1C: Corporate Finance Management 8" supports several methods of reflection of data on IFRS:

• Simple correspondence rules of accounts of RAS and IFRS (the account in the account);
• The complicated broadcastings using filters on accounts, analytics;
• The postponed and group carrying out;
• Parallel (double) accounting.

A number of the opportunities providing variability of conducting parallel fixed asset accounting is provided in the solution. For example, the program allows to accept to accounting a fixed asset object according to IFRS earlier, than under RAS. When accounting according to IFRS it is possible to use an excellent method and term of depreciation, than under RAS. Assessment of fixed assets can occur both on initial, and on a revaluated value.

Basic reports which "1C: Corporate Finance Management 8" allows to create: Report on a financial position (Statement of financial position), Profit and loss statement function of expense (Income statement, by function of expense), Statement of comprehensive income, Cash flow statement (indirect method) (Statement of cash flows (indirect method), Report on changes of the capital (Statement of changes in equity).

Opportunities for independent setup of the reporting are open for users of the program: creation of templates of convenient reports is for this purpose provided in the mxl format, the independent indication of algorithms of calculation of financial performance. All reports are available in the web interface that allows to get data access through the Internet from any place in the world.
