1C Company together with AXELOT company informs users and partners on release of the new specialized solution based on a technology platform of 1C: Enterprise 8.2 - "1C:Enterprise 8. Inventory and property management", intended for process automation of inventory and object management of property using modern means of automatic identification - technologies of barcoding and RFID.

When developing the software product experience of implementations on JSC Irkutskenergo and JSC UralChem is considered.

The new opportunities given by RFID technology become more and more demanded, thanks to a number of the advantages of radio frequency identification especially relevant for the large companies recently. Are among such advantages, including, data reading from the RFID tags which are out of a visibility range, reach of readers and tags, support of simultaneous reading of several tags and also a possibility of storage on a tag of considerable amount of data, a possibility of rewriting of information, resistance of tags to environmental activities, etc.

The modern solution "1C: Inventory and Property Management 8" provides a possibility of carrying out the automated diagnostic surveys and inventories with connection of RFID readers and other equipment (mobile computers, radio data collection terminals) that substantially optimizes process of management of property. Besides, a system allows to keep uniform account of all objects of property, controlling their quantity, types, the statuses, responsible, etc., quickly to update information on property objects according to requirements. "1C: Inventory and Property Management 8" helps to estimate efficiency of execution of operations with property by report generation, containing information on type, the location, the name and the status of property.

Description of functionality

Software product "1C:Enterprise 8. Inventory and property management" provides following features:

Property management

  • Maintaining register of objects of property;
  • Maintaining information on property objects (a different set of information depending on a property object type);
  • Binding of documents to property objects (documents of title, agreements, technical information, etc.);
  • Accounting of multicomponent objects of property (property complexes);
  • Maintaining information on organizational arrangement of objects of property;
  • Maintaining information on territorial arrangement of objects of property with a possibility of display on the schematic map;
  • Accounting of transactions with property (commissioning, movement, write-off, sale, leasing, repair, inventory, transfer on safe custody, etc.);
  • Storage of the documents (acts, agreements, expert opinions, etc.) regulating transactions;
  • Control of need of accomplishment of actions with property objects on the basis of the set parameters (for example, the termination of the insurance agreement or lease agreement, etc.);
  • Storage of history of transactions with property objects;
  • Formation of the regulated and analytical reports about objects of property, printed forms.

Inventory

  • Import of data on property objkta in the XML format from external systems;
  • Consolidation and data purification about property objects;
  • Formation of inventory registers, acts, collation sheets and other regulating documents;
  • Use of technology of barcoding for marking of objects of property;
  • Use of RFID technology for marking of objects of property;
  • The automated collection of information about existence of objects of property and their current location by means of the specialized equipment, display of data on the detected property objects;
  • Updating of parameters of objects of property based on inventory;
  • Formation of the regulated and analytical reporting under results of inventory.

Diagnostic surveys

  • Maintaining plan of diagnostic surveys of property;
  • Identification of objects of property when carrying out diagnostic surveys using mobile terminals with obtaining all necessary information;
  • Data entry about a status of objects of property (meter readings, suitability to use, etc.);
  • Initiation of transactions with property objects on the basis of diagnostic surveys (for example, write-off of objects of property);
  • Reporting based on diagnostic surveys.

Data protection

1C Company receives certificate of conformity No. 2137 of 7/20/2010 issued by FSTEC of Russia which confirms that the protected software package (PSP) "1C: Enterprise, version 8.2z" is recognized as the software tool of general purpose with the built-in information security tools from unauthorized access (NSD) to information which is not containing the data which are the state secret. Based on certification compliance to requirements of regulating documents for protection against class NSD-5, on the level of absence control of not declared opportunities (NDV) on the 4th level of control is confirmed, the possibility of use for creation of the automated systems (AS) to a class of security 1G is confirmed (i.e. AS providing confidential information protection in a LAN) inclusive and also for data protection in personal data information systems (ISPDN) to class K1 inclusive.

The certified copies of the platform are marked by marks of conformity from No. G 420000 to No. G 429999.

All configurations developed on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform (e.g. "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8", 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management, "Inventory and property management", etc.), can be used during creation of a personal data information system of any class and additional certification of application solutions is not required.

Scalability and performance

Use of the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform ensures effective functioning and reliable information storage during the work of hundreds of users. Modern three-level system architecture gives preserving of high performance with significant growth in load of a system and volumes of the processed data. The high fault tolerance is reached due to reservation of a server cluster, and high-speed performance optimization - at the expense of dynamic balancing of loading between clusters. Use of DBMS of world leaders (MS SQL, IBM DB2, Oracle Database) allows to build high-performance and reliable information systems.

Creation of the geographically distributed systems

In 1C:Enterprise 8 the mechanism of management of the distributed information bases which ensures functioning of the single application solution (configuration) with territorially spaced databases united in a layered hierarchical structure is implemented.

It gives the chance to build on the basis of the Managements of Manufacturing Enterprise configuration of the solution for the enterprises of network or holding structure, allowing to manage effectively business and to see the picture "in general" with efficiency, necessary for decision making.

2014: "1C: Inventory and Property Management" Edition 2.0

On September 4, 2014 the Axelot company announced an exit of new edition of the "1C: Inventory and Property Management" system. Edition will allow the enterprises to optimize 2.0 "1C: Inventory and Property Management" configurations property management, carrying out inventories and diagnostic surveys.

Product "1C:Enterprise 8. Inventory and property management", the created Axelot together with 1C Company with assistance of Fund of assistance to development of small forms of the enterprises in the scientific and technical sphere, is intended for process automation of inventory and object management of property using modern means of automatic identification — RFID and barcoding. The software solution is universal and can be applied by the companies of different fields of activity. When developing edition 2.0 successful experience of projects implementation on implementation and use of system "1S:IUI" at more than 40 enterprises among which — Irkutskenergo, UralChem, Atomenergoproekt, Vozrast Group and others was considered.

The functionality of the "1C: Inventory and Property Management" system was replenished with a large number of new opportunities. So, parameters of creation of the register of property so now the accounting can be carried out not only in cuts of legal, organizational, territorial accessory, the statuses of objects of property, the documents connected with property, etc. but also in cuts of division and the holder of property are expanded, specified in Axelot.

To execute transactions with property in real time using mobile technologies and technologies of automatic identification, the subsystem the "Mobile client" implemented as the native application for data collection terminals with support of RFID and barcoding was added. She will organize registry access of property directly with the shipping documentation, gives the chance to obtain information on a property object on a RFID tag or earlier appropriated barcode, to look for objects, to carry out inventory by one arrangement or within the set list, to create documents of issue, return, cession of property and assignment of tags directly from a data collection terminal and many other things. Also Axelot developers implemented flexible parametrical configuration of transactions with property.

Besides, edition 2.0 gives an opportunity to registration of requirements of divisions for necessary property, formations of purchase orders to suppliers of property and control of their execution. Need for property and order statuses on purchase are controlled using analytical reports. New edition "1C: Inventory and Property Management" works in the mode of managed application. The system code is completely open. The software product underwent certification of "1C: Compatible".



2015: There was a release of "1C: Inventory and Property Management" of v. 2.0.5

On July 13, 2015 the Axelot company announced a product yield "1C: Inventory and Property Management" in[1].

Among the most significant changes available to users, developers noted:

  • the updated mobile client;
  • configurator for management of user rights on the shipping documentation;
  • support of work with the shipping documentation both from the screen (touchscreen), and from the keyboard;
  • the optimized user interface for work with the shipping documentation;
  • possibility of programming of RFID tags directly with the shipping documentation;
  • support of the equipment Zebra;
  • an opportunity to keep account of supplies and to create the purchase order;
  • possibility of information exchange with the solutions "1C: Enterprise Accounting 2.0/3.0" and "1C:ERP".
