For February 8, 2017 Claim and claim work (an ACS the FEAST) - an automated system for the enterprises of housing sector.
On February 8, 2017 the Technology of Systems — Innovations company and Yukov and Partners Bar submitted the joint IT project – an automated system "Claim and claim work" (an ACS the FEAST) for the enterprises of housing sector.
Within the Yukov and Partners Bar project gave expert support in development of the automated business processes and document forms.
"The automated system "Claim and claim work" allows to organize system approach during the work with receivables and to completely automate each separate business process on debt collection.
Using a system users can begin work with the debtor from the first day of delay of payment, plan and structure a further cycle of work with the non-payer. A system allows to analyze in real time efficiency of actions for work with debt, to plan costs for them.
Implementation of IT solution saves time of employees for work with debtors, at the same time, according to developers, labor productivity in the organization increases.
The innovation architecture of an ACS the FEAST allows to carry out setup of a product. Users can manage a system - to add the methods and scenarios, without addressing the developer. The solution is easily integrated in the operating infrastructure of the client and provides full data exchange in real time with other systems, including the automated means of communication and/or the sall-center.
Systems capabilities
The solution ACS FEAST is implemented by system approach during the work with debt and automates each separate business process on debt collection. This IT solution automatically prepares warnings, notifications, claims, actively using communication tools, such as SMS, e-mails-notifications, answerphone. Using this system claims activities with the non-payer can be begun from the first day of debt. At the same time work with each certain debtor is carried out according to the so-called individual scenario which is created proceeding from parameters of debt and reactions of the non-payer. If claims activities did not bring success, case passes to court lawyers. In turn, in judicial and claim and judicial and executive system modules processes of legal office-work are automated: formation and registration of statements, submission of claims in court, the diagram of court sessions, the reporting, is conducted archive of affairs. After court's decision a system allows to process case on the writ.
Interaction with external information systems
The universal data bus allows to be integrated quickly into the operating infrastructure and to provide full data exchange in real time from accounting / bilingovoy, a system for example, with 1C, and other solutions, including the automated means of communication and/or the sall-center.
BPMS
Thanks to the BPMS tools (Business Process Management System) used in a system, users can independently perform setup of this IT solution and manage it – to add the methods and scenarios, without the need for the address to the developer. The ACS the FEAST is easily integrated into the operating infrastructure of the client and provides full data exchange in real time with other systems, including the automated means of communication and/or the sall-center.
Role model of management of the rights
In the conditions of a difficult organization structure of legal department with the expressed hierarchy, the role model of management of access rights implemented in an ACS the FEAST allows to distribute different problems and steps of business process to different roles and also to manage access rights to certain information.
