At the modern enterprises and in the companies of the sphere of professional services specialized billing systems — the software products providing automatic execution of all transactions and procedures connected with billing are used. Also billing call accounting systems and the payments the Internet of traffic which are often combined with the technical means which are automatically limiting access to service at a zero balance of the account and allowing to issue detailing of the spent traffic in case of use of the limited rate.
