KazTransOil is the largest oil pipeline company of the Republic of Kazakhstan, providing services for oil transportation to the domestic market and for export.
KazTransOil JSC is included in the Republican section of the State Register of Natural Monopolies.
KazTransOil JSC is the owner of the largest system of trunk oil pipelines and water pipelines in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the total length of which is 5,502,997 km. oil pipelines (including 71.7 km. the Kenkiyak-Orsk oil pipeline located in the Russian Federation and standing on the balance sheet of the KazTransOil Representative Office in Samara) and 2,148,1 km. water lines.
Oil transportation via trunk oil pipelines is provided by 37 oil pumping stations, 64 oil heating furnaces, and an oil storage tank farm with a total volume of 1,414,2 thousand cubic meters. m.
Transshipment of oil is provided by 4 loading railway racks, corresponding equipment for loading oil into tankers installed at 5 berths of the Aktau Port Marine Oil Loading Terminal.
The water supply is provided by the GOS Kigach main treatment facility, 4 water pump stations and the VOS Kulsary water treatment facility, water storage tanks with a total capacity of 155.2 thousand cubic meters. m.
In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 8, 2012 No. 1273, KazTransOil JSC was determined by the national operator for the main oil pipeline.
The activities of the national operator are aimed at developing the system of trunk oil pipelines in the Republic of Kazakhstan and ensuring their effective, reliable and safe operation.
Performance indicators
2025: Revenue growth by 15.75% to KZT299.4 bn
At the end of 2025, the annual revenue of the national oil company of Kazakhstan "Kaztransoil" amounted to 299.4 billion tenge ($6.2 billion). The indicator increased by 15.75% relative to revenue for 2024. Net profit increased by 42.3% to 56.6 billion tenge. Gross profit increased by 46.1% to 71 billion tenge. Operating profit increased by 21% to 42.6 billion tenge. The company's assets grew by 13.1% to 1.55 trillion tenge (1.37 trillion tenge - in 2024). This is evidenced by the data of financial statements, published in March 2026.[1]
History
2022: Early termination of the powers of the head of the company Dimash Dosanov
On January 15, 2022, the Samruk-Kazyna National Welfare Fund announced the early termination of the powers of the head of Kaztransoil Dimash Dosanov and the head of National Company QazaqGaz JSC (formerly KazTransGas) Kairat Sharipbaev. The first is the husband of the youngest daughter of the first president of the country, Nursultan Nazarbayev, and the second media of Kazakhstan is called the second husband of his eldest daughter.
