MCKT

In the summer of 2016 the list of diagnostic services of clinic was replenished with MSKT – a multispiral computer tomography. This method of a research in essence is a modern advanced version CT (computer tomography) and differs from it in higher accuracy and an opportunity to carry out the accelerated detailed diagnostics of different bodies and systems with visualization of extensive zones.

MSKT is used for diagnostics in the following cases:

• Craniocereberal injuries, injuries of a facial skull, orbits.
• Intense violations of brain blood circulation – for refining of character and the sizes of the center of a cerebral heart attack.
• Tumors and sharp inflammatory diseases of a brain (at impossibility of carrying out MRT)
• Destructive inflammatory processes of bodies of a thorax, volume new growths of lungs, suspicion of a heart attack-pnevmaniyu and so forth.
• Damage of lymph nodes, including metastatic, limfogranulematoz.
• Diseases and injuries of the musculoskeletal device – for assessment of a status of bones, the vertebral channel, intervertebral disks, joints. Volume focal new growths of internals (tumors, cysts, abscesses, metastases), stomach injury, pathology of a belly aorta and its branches.
• MSKT received special popularity for carrying out a neinvazivnoyvirtualnoykolonoskopiya. For this purpose introduction of a fibrokolonoskop to a rectum is not required, at the same time the result of a research is very exact – the smallest tumors and polyps already at early stages of development come to light.

Important advantage of MSKT is that patients can conduct examination with electronic and metal implantamiv an organism, pacemakers, styptic clip-on earrings, Ilizarov's device and so forth metalwork, in t. to technology use of x-ray emission is the cornerstone. In Altai Medical Center clinic the MSKT procedure is carried out by experienced doctors of radiodiagnosis. In need of performing diagnostics with contrast substance only safe medicines (Omnipak) are applied.
